Phil Kingston, a well known speaker from Bristol, will present these issues from a Christian perspective and hope to stimulate discussion. Bishop Declan has particular responsibility for such issues to the Bishops of England and Wales and Phil's talk is being circulated by the Justice and Peace network in the diocese.
